Need help with financing?

Financing by FitzGerald Financial Group

Thank you for visiting our website and I am happy to help you with the qualification process of obtaining a home loan.  This is a very crucial step.  I will help give you the confidence to go out into the market and confidentially look at homes that you can afford and that have payments that are within your budget.

FitzGerald Financial is a division of Monarch Bank which is one of the few FIVE Star Banks still standing.  We pride ourselves on helping clients achieve their dreams of owning their own home and with the help of your Exit Results Real Estate Agent and myself; we can make that dream a reality for you.

I have over 10 years of experience in the mortgage business and my Processors and Underwriters have combined 30-years of experience.   FitzGerald Financial does not send your file out of state and we maintain control of the loan until you are handed the keys to your new home at settlement and the transaction is complete!

I am always available to discuss details of your application or to meet with you in person.   Please do not hesitate to call if I can help and I look forward to helping you through this major milestone.  Whether it’s your first home or your fourth home, my level of customer service will not change and I am here to help.

Free Loan Pre-Qualification

Why Get Pre-Qualified?

  1. Pre-qualification acts as a dry run of the loan application process. The mortgage lender will use details you provide about your credit, income, assets and debts to arrive at an estimate of how much mortgage you can afford. The whole process may take only minutes or a few hours at most, and is free.
  2. While a "pre-qual" is non-binding to the lender (because the information you provide has not been verified), it does serve as a good indication to potential sellers of your general creditworthiness.
  3. These days most sellers will NOT accept an offer without at least a pre-approval letter, so if you are serious about buying this is the first step towards getting you in your new home.
